Come see us at the Farmers Market Starting May 11, 2024

Starting May 11, 2024 Lavender Mesa Farms will be at the Taos Farmers Market every week providing the best organic produce. This years focus will e Purple Potatoes, Brilliant Quinoa microgreens, Black Nebula carrots, and a variety of market produce and mushrooms.

Building for the Future

Amish timber barn w/ 60′ x 12′ southern green house
Clear Polycarbonite roofing on the north slope along with massive solar gain from the south will provide a temperate growing space well above the zone 5b the building sits in.
The exterior is treated with vinegar and steel wool , a little known trick brought to us by Carol and Yolanda Silva. See pictures below.

And so it begins – April Fools Day 2019

Brian Duran and I arrive onsite to begin constructions, review plans and start dinging the climate battery for a 26′ Geodesic Grow Dome.
